Howdy, Welcome Home!

"Howdy, Welcome Home" is a warm, elevated College Station retreat created for the moments that bring people together.

Whether you're coming to College Station for an Aggie football weekend, Texas A&M graduation, a wedding, family celebration, campus visit, or simply a weekend with friends, this spacious 4-bedroom home gives your group something a hotel simply can't: room to spread out, room to gather, and room to make memories together.

Located approximately 2.6 miles from Texas A&M and Kyle Field, about a 7-minute drive, the home offers a convenient base close to campus without putting you in the middle of the crowds. 

With four bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for up to 11 guests, there is plenty of room for families, former students, friends, wedding guests and game-day groups. The sleeping arrangements include four queen beds, one twin bed, and one sofa sleeper. There is also plenty of room for guests who prefer to bring an air mattress for additional flexibility.

THE KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is designed for the kind of trips where people actually use the kitchen. You'll find granite countertops, plenty of workspace, and a comfortable dining area where everyone can gather for coffee in the morning, a casual breakfast before heading to campus, or a late-night snack after the game.

TWO LIVING AREAS

One of the things that makes "Howdy, Welcome Home" especially comfortable for larger groups is the multiple living and entertainment spaces.

The large den features a TV, game table, and plenty of seating, giving everyone a comfortable place to watch a game, play cards, or unwind after a busy day.

The second living area offers a pool table, comfortable couch, and bar seating. Whether your group wants to watch a movie, play pool, catch up over a drink or simply stretch out and relax, there are multiple places to gather.

THE GARAGE GAME ROOM

The garage has been transformed into another fun gathering space with ping pong, a bar-height table, ladder golf, and another TV. Challenge someone to a game of ping pong, set up a ladder golf tournament, or let the kids and adults have their own space to hang out.

OUTDOOR LIVING

When the weather is beautiful, take the party outside. The home has a large backyard, comfortable patio seating, and a fire pit with additional seating.

It's perfect for morning coffee, afternoon conversations, evening drinks, or winding down around the fire after a long day. You'll also find custom Texas A&M cornhole for a little extra Aggie spirit.

GAME DAY AT TEXAS A&M

"Howdy, Welcome Home" is made for Aggie game-day weekends.

At approximately 2.6 miles from Kyle Field, you're only about a 7-minute drive from campus. You can experience the excitement of Aggieland without being in the middle of the crowds, then return to a comfortable home where your entire group can relax.

Start the morning with coffee and breakfast, head to campus to experience the atmosphere, then come back for lunch or a break. Watch the game from the comfort of the den, play pool, challenge everyone to ping pong, or gather around the fire pit.

PARKING

Up to four vehicles can park in the driveway, with additional parking available along the cul-de-sac, making it convenient for larger groups traveling in multiple vehicles.
